淋巴瘤患者中血清促红细胞生成素及铁蛋白的变化

摘要 目的探讨淋巴瘤患者中血清促红细胞生成素(EPO)水平及铁蛋白水平的变化及其临床意义。方法 23例确诊淋巴瘤的患者及23例健康体检者,抽取其血液样本,测定血红蛋白、促红细胞生成素水平及铁蛋白水平,进行比较分析。结果淋巴瘤患者中大部分患者有贫血;淋巴瘤患者促红细胞生成素水平和铁蛋白水平均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05);贫血的淋巴瘤患者中血清促红细胞生成素水平较非贫血的淋巴瘤患者升高(P<0.05),而两组间铁蛋白水平并无差异。结论促红细胞生成素水平及铁蛋白水平很可能预测淋巴瘤患者红细胞的生成水平及贫血的程度,但是需要更进一步的研究去证实。 Objective To investigate the serum erythropoietin(EPO)and ferritin levels and their clinical effect in lymphoma patients.Methods Serum samples were obtained from23 lymphoma patients and 23 healthy people.hemoglobin(Hb),serum EPO and ferritin levels were measured and statistical analyzed.Results Most of lymphoma patients were anemic.Serum EPO and ferritin levels were higher in lymphoma patients compared with the healthy controls(P〈0.05).Serum EPO levels were higher in anemic lymphoma patients compared with the non-anemic lymphoma patients(P〈0.05),but there is no statistical difference in ferritin levels between anemic lymphoma patients and non-anemic lymphoma patients.Conclusion The levels of serum erythropoietin and ferritin estimation in lymphoma patients may predict the level of erythropoiesis and the degree of anemia.Further studies to confirm these findings are warranted.
