摘要
以乏燃料贮存格架的贮存套筒为研究对象,调研国内外先进制造工艺,并开展工艺试验和样机试制,最终形成了一套合适的工艺。采用激光切割焊接以及成型技术,很好地完成了贮存套筒的加工制造。样机试制结果表明,采用激光焊接成型美观、质量可靠,整体工艺能够达到"优质、高效、低成本"的标准,能够满足批量化制造的需要。
Taking the spent fuel storage rack as the research objects. By studying the international advanced manu- facturing processes, developing technological test and prototype test, a set of suitable process is formed in the end. Using laser cutting, welding and molding technology can commendably accomplish the stor- age sleeve' s processing and manufacturing. The result of prototype test shows that using the process of laser cutting, welding and molding can achieve beautiful appearance, credible quality, and the overall process reach the standard of high quality, high effect, and low cost, and meet the requirement of mass manufacture.
