摘要
本文着重分析了近两年中国农业"走出去"面,临的新形势、新趋势和新问题,并提出相应政策建议。研究表明,中国农业"走出去"正面临着从尝试摸索期向拓展扩张期过渡,"走出去"主体逐渐多元、投资趋向集群化、动机更加明确、决策更加稳重,但农业"走出去"的阶段性问题也逐步凸显,需要政府、行业协会等从多方面加以协调、支持与引导。
This paper analyzes the new situation,trends and problems occurring in agricultural outbound investment during the past two years as a result of the continued implementation of the 'Going Global' Strategy by Chinese government.Studies show that Chinese agricultural foreign investment is on its way from 'trial period' to 'developing period',with more varied entities,more clustered investment,more cleared aims and more sound plans.In the process,however,some new problems appeared which should be addressed by the coordination,support and guidance from multi-sources such as the government and associations,etc.
