摘要
选用白杨派杂交杨树的5个品系,以1年生离体枝条为材料,经过4个不同低温处理后,测量电导率值和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,结果表明:大叶山杨×新疆杨抗寒性最强,大叶山杨×银腺杨最弱。
Selecting five varieties of hybrid poplar for Sect.Populus,taking annual vitro branches as material,after four different low temperature processing,conductivity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content were measured.Result shows that the cold resistance of P.davidianavar.macrophylla×Populus alba var.pyramidalisis the strongest;the cold resistance of P.davidianavar.macrophylla×(Populus alba×P.glandulosa)is the weakest.
