摘要
孙村煤矿选煤厂根据生产中存在的原煤煤质变化大、现有的生产能力不足、设备老化等问题,对原煤系统进行改造升级,利用原动筛车间增加了重介浅槽排矸系统,通过合理的设备选型与工艺布置,既减少了投资成本,又提高了选煤厂的生产能力和经济效益。
According to the problems existing in the production of Suncun coal mine coal preparation plant that the raw coal quality changes is large, the existing production capacity is insufficient, and the aging of equipment is long, upgraded the raw coal system, increased the heavy medium shallow slot row gangue system in the prime sieve workshop, through reasonable selection of equipment and process layout, both to reduce the investment cost, and improve the production capacity and economic benefits of coal preparation plant.
