摘要
对大型的箱式钢拱梁制作工艺进行了分析,提出了箱梁整体卧式制作的方法,并对其施工工艺及操作要点进行了详细阐述,解决了大型箱梁制作时接口尺寸偏差、整体箱梁线型及箱梁的焊接质量问题,可供相关工程参考。
The paper analyzes the craft for the large-scale box-shaped steel arch beam,points out the method for the box-girder overall horizontal manufacturing,illustrates its construction and operation points,and solves some problems including the joint size deviation,overall box-girder line,and box-girder welding quality in the manufacturing of the large-scale box-girder manufacturing,so as to provide some reference for related projects.
