摘要
利用状态监测诊断技术对轧机齿轮基座趋势状态进行跟踪分析，及时发现齿轮基座存在的故障隐患，从而制定合理的隐患管控策略，提高了设备管理水平，确保了设备安全稳定运行。
Through analyzing the running trend of the gear base of rolling mill by adopting status monitoring and analyzing technology, the fault could be found and treated in the early stage. Thus, po- tential hazard management and control is realized.
