摘要
利用企业激励机制的结构特征,针对具体的激励层面目标问题,建立了相应的激励层次结构.利用模糊控制理论可把企业激励机制中的不确定因素通过模糊信息处理原理处理成模糊数,为企业激励机制建立实践和理论相结合的评价模型,使得企业激励机制运行模型具有可操作性.
For the specific target problem in incentives,this paper establishes appropriate incentive structure hierarchy according to the structural characteristics of corporate incentives mechanism. The uncertainty factors in corporate incentives mechanism can be transformed into fuzzy numbers by using the principle of fuzzy Information processing in fuzzy control theory. This method can establish the evaluation model combining theory and practice in corporate incentives mechanism,which can make the business incentive mechanism operation model possesses operability.
