摘要
NSM30塑料模具钢板在锯切时出现裂纹,采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱分析仪、硬度计等试验设备,对该模具钢板开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:钢板心部组织不均匀,存在严重的偏析以及大量的TiN夹杂物和不连续网状碳化物,为该塑料模具钢板锯切开裂的主要原因;另锯切工艺不当也促进了钢板的加工开裂。
Cracks appeared in NSM30 plastic die steel plates during sawing,and the cracking reasons were analyzed by devices such as optical microscopy,SEM,EDS and hardness tester.The results show that the cracking mainly resulted from non-uniform and serious segregation microstructure,much TiN inclusions and discontinuous network carbide in the middle area of the steel plates.In addition,unreasonable sawing process also accelerated the cracking of the steel plates.
