摘要 通过对现有建筑全生命周期碳排放核算模型的研究,在其基础上结合工业化建造模式的规律和特点,重新划分建筑的全生命周期,共6个阶段。以工业化预制装配式住宅为例,建立基于全流程控制的工业化建造模式的建筑全生命周期碳排放核算模型,使其科学化、系统化、精确化,实现碳排放计算的可控性和可操作性,从而为国家节能减排的发展战略提供技术支撑。 Through the whole life cycle of existing buildings carbon emissions accounting model, based on the combination of regularity and characteristics of industrialized production mode, we divide the whole life cycle of the building as six stages. Prefabricated housing industrialization, for example, based on full process control model of industrialized production of whole life cycle of building carbon emissions calculation model, which can make it scientific, systematic and accurate, and can realize the controllability and maneuverability, calculation of carbon emissions, so as to provide technical support for the development of the national energy conservation and emissions reduction strategy.
