摘要 脂代谢紊乱在2型糖尿病和慢性肾脏疾病中有很高的患病率。血清高三酰甘油、高胆固醇可直接作用于肾小球血管内皮细胞、肾小球系膜细胞、肾小管细胞而损害肾脏;还可通过血清高胰岛素影响血管紧张素Ⅱ合成,使单核细胞和肾小球系膜细胞分泌转化生长因子β和肿瘤坏死因子α及其他炎性因子而间接损伤肾脏。及时检测糖尿病患者血脂蛋白水平有着重要的意义。 Dyslipoproteinemia is highly prevalent in type 2 diabetes mellitus and chronic kidney disease. High triglycerides and high cholesterol in serum may directly damage the kidneys by acting on glomerular endothelial cells, mesangial ceils and renal tubular cells;in addition they can indirectly damage the kidneys by affecting angiotensin Ⅱ synthesizing threugh high serum insulin, and secreting of tranforming growth factor β, tumor necrosis factor α and other inflammatory eytokines from monocytes and glomerular mesangial cells. Timely examination of serum lipoprotein levels in patients with diabetes is very important.
