摘要
毕业生的实践能力已成为当今社会用人单位的首选条件,高等院校的人才培养模式应适应社会经济发展对人才的需要。体验式教学模式作为新的教学方式,对于提高教学质量,培养学生实践能力和综合素质有着积极的作用。本文分析了农林经管专业实施体验式教学的必要性,并对西北农林科技大学农林经济管理专业体验式教学的探索与实践进行了介绍。
Graduates＇ practical ability becomes the most important factor which today＇s employers seek for. There- fore, training model of universities and colleges should be adapted to employer＇s needs. As a new teaching method, experience education is an effective way to improve the quality of teaching, to better nurture students＇ practical ability and overall quality. This paper analyzes the necessity of the implementation of experience education in the specialty of economic and management of agriculture and forestry, and introduces the exploration and practice of Northwest A＆F University.
