摘要
全氟化合物(PFCs)是一类重要的含氟化合物,在生活及工业领域中有广泛的应用.随着科技的发展,有研究表明PFCs同时是一类新型持久性污染物,其引发的环境问题受到政府和研究者的广泛关注,并在2009年5月被列入《斯德哥尔摩公约》中.分析检测全氟化合物的含量是研究该类化合物的第一步,然而该类化合物在各类环境基质中均处于痕量水平,因此在检测之前必须要经过一系列的前处理.目前对含全氟化合物基质的前处理技术主要集中在以下几种:液液萃取法、索氏提取法(液固萃取法)、固相萃取法、加速溶剂萃取法、超声萃取法以及衍生化技术等.文章综述了近几年来国内外相关人士对含全氟化合物基质的分析检测中前处理技术的研究进展,同时提出了几点今后对该类全氟化合物的研究展望.
Perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) is a very important fluorine compound widely used in life and in- dustry. With the development of science and technology, relative research shows that PFCs is also a new class of persistent pollutant, the environmental problems caused by which have been of widespread concern to the govern- ment and the researchers, and were included in the Stockholm Convention in May 2009. Analysis and detection of the content of perfluorinated compounds is the first step of the study of this kind. However, the compounds in various environmental matrices are in trace levels, so a series of pretreatment must be taken before testing. The following are the pretreatment technologies of perfluorinated compounds matrix : liquid-liquid extraction, Soxhlet extraction (liquid solid extraction), solid phase extraction, accelerated solvent extraction, ultrasonic extraction and derivatization technique. The paper is a review of pretreatment technology research progress of the perfluori- nated compounds matrix analysis and detection done by the domestic and foreign scholars in recent years. At the same time, the paper is an outlook of future research of the perfluorinated compounds.
