摘要
目的测定药对艾叶-香附挥发油组分和比较分析药对与其单味药的成分。方法采用气相色谱-质谱仪联用技术分离检测药对和单味药的挥发性成分,并结合交互移动窗口因子法解析共有组分,然后分别利用质谱库结合程序升温保留指数和总体积积分法实现定性和定量分析。结果艾叶、香附和药对艾叶-香附的挥发油分别定性74、41和77个成分,占总含量的95.05%、87.68%和95.8%;药对和艾叶、香附的共有组分分别为35种和26种;三者的共有组分有6种。结论药对中的挥发油主要来自单味药艾叶。
Objective To detect the volatile components in herbal pair(HP) Artemisiae Argyi Folium-Cyperi Rhizoma(AAF-CR) and analyze the volatile components from HP AAF-CR and its single herbs comparatively. Methods The way to separate and detect them is gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS), combining with alternative moving window factor analysis(AMWFA) to analyze the common components. Then mass spectrometry library combining with retention indices and the total volume in integral method are used to complete qualitative and quantitative analysis. Results 74, 41 and 77 volatile chemical components among volatile oil of AAF, CR and HP AAF-CR were separately determined qualitatively, accounting for 95.05%, 87.68% and 95.8% of the total contents of volatile oil from AAF, CR and HP AAF-CR, respectively. The results showed that there are 35 common volatile components in AAF and HP AAF-CR, 26 mutual volatile constituents between CR and HP AAF-CR, and 6 common volatile ingredients among three systems. Conclusion Most of volatile components in HP AAF-CR are from single herb AAF.
