摘要
国电建投内蒙古能源有限公司布连电厂2×660 MW超超临界机组锅炉左右侧水冷壁上集箱接管座炉前端部位出现多处裂纹,经分析认为是在锅炉正常启停及非计划停炉时,集箱和接管座存在明显的温度差,使接管座承受一定的附加应力,膨胀受阻所致;另外锅炉设计也存在问题。现场将集箱前端部位第1—2根接管座更换为弯管,切割左右侧水冷壁管密封鳍片并打止裂孔,将接管座由插入式焊接结构改为全焊透式结构。针对本次缺陷原因及处理措施,建议将集箱分割为多个独立的小集箱或在设计时提高集箱标高,并在每次检修期间检查水冷壁集箱接管座是否存在裂纹缺陷。
Cracks appeared on the front end part of boiler water wall over the stoveseat in 2 × 660 MW ultra supercritical units in Bulian Power Plant.The analysis showedthat significant temperature difference existed in set box and tube seat as the boiler normalstart and stop,and unplanned shutdown,which caused the tube seat take over certainadditional stress and under expansion resistance; the boiler design was also problematic.Change the connecting pipes 1 to 2 in the front of set box into bendings,cutting aboutwater wall tube sealing fins and hit hiatus,and take over seat from insert type weldedstructure to full weld penetration type structure.Aiming at the defect causes andtreatment measures,put forward to divide the box into several small independent set boxes,or improve the header elevation during the designing,and take over crack defects in eachrepairing.
