摘要
积极心理学思潮的倡导者塞利格曼第一次提出了"心理资本"的概念并纳入资本的范畴,极大地开阔了研究者的视野。随着高校毕业生就业形势逐年复杂严峻,大学生积极心理资本与就业的关系日益受人关注。采用整群抽样法选取江西3所高校大四学生共1300人,通过对大学生积极心理资本与就业能力的测量,结果表明,男大学生比女大学生在积极心理资本总分上得分更高,但并无显著性差异;不同专业大学生积极心理资本存在显著差异;不同就业机会大学生在事务型心理资本上存在显著差异;大学生事务型心理资本对其就业能力有显著的预测作用。因此,可根据事务型心理资本维度设计大学生积极心理资本干预的实践,从而提高大学生就业机会,增强大学生就业能力。
The thoughts of positive psychology advocates seligman first puts forward the concept of " psychological capital" and included in the category of capital,researchers have greatly broadened horizons. With complicated severe employment situation of university graduates,college students' positive psychological capital and employment relationship is becoming more and more attention by people. Research using cluster sampling method to select senior students of three universities in jiangxi province,a total of 1300 people,through a survey of college students' positive psychological capital and employment ability,the results showed that the male students than female college students score higher on positive psychological capital total score,but no significant difference; Significant differences in different professional college students' positive psychological capital; Different jobs in the college students in transactional significant differences on the psychological capital; Transactional psychological capital have a significant role on their employment ability.Therefore,to estimate the transactional psychological capital dimensions design practice of college students' positive psychological capital intervention,so as to improve university students' employment opportunities; Strengthen college students' employment ability.
