目标式个性化方案在防治乳腺癌术后上肢功能障碍中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨针对乳腺癌患者不同手术方式及不同阶段出现的并发症制订出以阶段性康复为目的的目标式个性化训练方案在防治乳腺癌术后上肢功能障碍中的效果。方法:选择2013年1月—2014年12月完成的乳腺癌根治术患者106例,随机分为目标式个性化方案康复组(OC组)和传统方法康复组(传统组),对两组患者分别进行康复训练,比较6个月后两组患者并发症率及患侧上肢上举、外展、旋转等功能及肌力情况。结果:术后6个月患者患肢上肢水肿、麻痹等并发症总发生率OC组为22.6%,传统组为47.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在肌力方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用目标式个性化方案早期有针对性地对乳腺癌手术患者进行个性化干预,对其上肢功能的恢复具有较好的远期效果。
