摘要
针对级联型多电平SHEPWM技术存在调制度受限问题,采用多波段模型SHEPWM技术将调制度拓展到0-1.2。同时,标准遗传算法(SGA)存在易早熟的缺陷,提出了一种多种群遗传算法(MPGA),并将其应用到多波段SHEPWM方程组的求解之中。该方法有进化速度更快、最优解更精确等优点。文中以七电平为例,给出了SHEPWM三种波段下的方程组模型及其消除5、7次谐波的开关角度轨迹,同时分析了三种模式下的多解情况,得出谐波总含量最小的一组最优解。算例实验结果验证了该方法的可行性及优势。
In view of modulation limitation of the cascade multilevel SHEPWM technique, a kind of multichannel model SHEPWM technique has been brought in, which expands the modulation to 0- 1.2. Meanwhile there is a problem of precocious in simple genetic algorithm, the multiple population genetic algorithm was proposed and brought into the solution of multiband SHEPWM equation sets. This method has the advantages of evolving faster and being accurate in optimal solutions. Taking a seventh step-level inverter for example, the SHEPWM nonlinear equations under three kinds of bands and the trajectory of switching angles which can eliminate the 5th and 7th harmonic are given, meanwhile the performances of multiple sets of solutions under three kinds of patterns are analyzed and the optimal choice of least harmonic wave is offered. At last, the feasibility and advantages of the proposed method are verified by results of experiments in DSP.
