摘要
自"京津冀协同发展国家战略"提出以来,协同发展的序幕由此拉开。但由于京津冀三地经济发展水平的不同,且近年来城市及区域发展进程中出现的交通、生态等诸多问题,已使城市的发展出现了难以突破的瓶颈,协同发展的步伐也变得举步维艰。因此,京津冀三地迫切需要直面当前的突出问题,充分利用地区现有优势资源,把握当前政策形势下提供的发展机遇,探索新领域,创新发展路径,实现以休闲经济一体化为主导的区域协同发展新机制。
Since the ＂ national strategy for coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei＂,its introduction,prelude to the collaborative development of open. But due to the different levels of economic development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province,and the urban and regional development in the course of the traffic and transport issues,ecology,urban development presents a bottleneck,in collaboration with the pace of development is also struggling. Therefore,the current cooperative development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province under the new situation,there is an urgent need to confront the current prominent problems,and full use of existing resources,grasp the development opportunities provided by the current policy context,explore new areas,innovation and development path and achieve coordinated development of leisure economy as the leading regional mechanism.
