摘要
目的探讨红景天对急性轻症高原病(BFAMS)的疗效,为其预防BFAMS提供临床证据。方法检索1978年至2014年12月,CBM、CNKI、VIP、WANFANG data、Pubmed、Embase、The Cocharen Library数据库中关于红景天预防BFAMS的随机对照试验,同时检索第三军医大学图书馆高原专题知识库及纳入文献的参考文献。2名研究人员按纳入、排除标准筛选文献,按照Cochrane标准进行数据提取及质量评分,采用Rev Man 5、3软件对数据进行分析。结果 15项符合要求的研究被纳入实验,8篇研究报道红景天对BFAMS症状学评分的影响的文献,经Meta分析发现其可以降低BFAMS症状评分(MD:-1.42,95%可信区间[-2.1,-0.74],P<0.00001);11篇报道红景天对心率的影响的文献,经Meta分析显示红景天可以降低心率(MD:-7.61,95%可信区间[-9.7,-5.52],P<0.00001);10篇报道红景天对氧饱和度影响的文献,经Meta分析认为红景天能提高氧饱和度(MD:2.98,95%可信区间[0.73,5.23],P=0.009),6项研究报道红景天可以降低呼吸频率(MD:-2.54,95%可信区间[-2.77,-2.33]P<0.00001),结果均具有统计学意义。结论红景天可以改善BFAMS症状,降低心率及呼吸频率,提高血氧饱和度。
Objective To estimate the effect of rhodiola rosea on preventing benign form of acute mountain sickness( BFAMS) which can provide reliable clinical evidence for preventing BFAMS. Methods It was retrieved that randomed controlled trials including rhodiola rosea as prophylaxis for BFAMS which published in CBM,CNKI,VIP,WANFANG data,Pubmed,Embase,the Cocharen Library and the Library of Third Military Medical University from 1978 to 2014 December. Two researchers selected the studies following by the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and then they extracted the data and assessed the quality of the studies,finally analyzed the data using the software of Rev Man 5,3. Results A total of 15 studies including in the article.Evidence in 8 articles showed that Rhodiola rosea can reduce the score of acute altitude symptom( MD:- 1. 42,95% CI,[- 2. 1,- 0. 74 ],P〈0. 00001); reduce heart rate( MD:- 7. 61,95% CI,[- 9. 7,- 5. 52],P〈0. 00001); and improve the oxygen saturation( MD: 2. 98,95% CI[0. 73,5. 23]P = 0. 009) in 10articles; reduce respiratory rate( MD:- 2. 54,95% CI,[- 2. 77,- 2. 33],P〈0. 00001),the results were statistical significance. Conclusion Rhodiola rosea can alleviate the symptoms of symptoms and improve oxygen saturation,reduce heart rate and respiratory rate.
