一种新型开关表的PWM整流器直接功率控制

摘要 为了提高三相电压电压型PWM整流器的性能,改善传统开关表的直接功率控制时开关损耗大且不固定,以及有功功率和无功功率控制解耦能力不足的问题,文中通过对PWM整流器和瞬时功率理论研究的基础上,提出一种基于三电平比较器的新的开关表直接功率的方法,并通过设置扇形边界死区的控制策略细分开关表,这种新开关表通过消除两个扇区中间区域的错误控制,能较好的降低主电路开关频率,增加功率控制性能,使交流侧电流输入谐波率更小,提高整流器的功率因数。在MATLAB/Simulink环境下,对改进前后直接功率控制的稳态性能进行比较,验证了该设计方法的可行性,具有应用参考价值。 In order to improve the performance of three-phase voltage type PWM rectifier, the improvement of the traditional switch table direct power control has a big loss and is not fixed,and the switch table structure of traditional DPC strategy lacked the decoupling control ability of active and reactive power. Based on the PWM rectifier and the instantaneous power theory on the basis of the research,a new method of three level comparator switching table strategy is presented in this paper,and the control strategy of subdivision table switch setting sector boundary dead zone,this new switch table by eliminating the error control into two sectors of the intermediate region,the main circuit switching frequency can reduce the power,increase the control performance,input the current of AC side a smaller harmonic rate,and improve the power factor rectifier. In the environment of MATLAB / Simulink,it carries on the comparison to the steady state performance before and after the improvement of direct power control,the design method is proved feasible by the simulation and is a available for the reference to engineering.
