大脑中动脉动脉瘤开颅和栓塞的个体化选择 被引量：2

摘要 随着临床医学的不断进展，开颅夹闭术与介入栓塞术对于治疗大脑中动脉动脉瘤（ middle cerebral artery aneurysms， MCAA）已从早期的相互竞争转化成了如今的相互补充，两者都有其独特的优点。本文的研究目的为通过分析大连医科大学第一附属医院神经外科一段时间内，在不同治疗方法下的MCAA患者的资料来探讨两种手术方式的治疗效果。
