摘要
随着无人机技术的迅速发展,中、重型无人机的弹射越来越受到人们的重视。详细介绍了一种新型无人机液压弹射装置的整体设计思路及新型齿轮齿条增速系统设计原理,该系统结构紧凑,性能稳定,并且通过新型齿轮齿条增速系统可弹射质量为300~400kg的中、重型无人机。研究成果将应用于实际生产,并为其他种类弹射系统的设计奠定理论依据。
With the rapid development of technology, people pay more attention to the catapult of medium and heavy UAV. This paper introduces a new-whole design idea of UAV hydraulic ejection device, meanwhile the de- sign principle of new type gear and rack system was also carried out. The system has advantages of compact struc- ture, stable performance, can launch the UAV between 300 kg and 400 kg. In addition, the research results will be applied to practical production, and provide a theoretical basis for other types of ejection system' s design.
