同蜜源不同生产批次蜂蜜中淀粉酶活性分析 被引量:2

摘要 探讨同一蜜源生产的蜂蜜中淀粉酶活性与养蜂生产的关系。试验测定了2011年、2012年和2014年石榴花期不同批次生产的36个蜂蜜样品淀粉酶值,并进行比较分析。结果表明,石榴花期不同生产批次蜂蜜其淀粉酶值存在差异,第四批次蜜组酶值最高。第一批次蜜与第二批次蜜间差异显著(P=0.039)、与三、四批次蜜间差异极显著(P<0.01);二、三、四批次蜜组间酶值差异都达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。结论,同蜜源生产的蜂蜜中淀粉酶活性受生产批次的影响,不同生产批次蜜样其淀粉酶活性有差异,随着生产批次的持续递增淀粉酶活性增强。 To investigate the relationship between amy- lase activity in honey and beekeeping of the same sources. All the amylase values in 36 honey samples from different batches of the pomegranate flowering period during 2011,2012 and 2014 were determined and compared analy- sis. The results showed that the flowering pomegranate different production batches honey amylase value differ- ence,the fourth batches honey were achieved the highest enzyme value(28.02 ~ 5.92).There was a significant differ- ence level between the first and the second batches honey samples(P =0.039), and with three, four batches honey sam- ples had extremely significant difference (P 〈0.01) ; The other batches honey between groups had extremely signifi- cant difference (P 〈0.01) . Conclusion, honey and nectar production of amylase activity by the effects of batch proceducedifferent of amylase activity in different pro-duction batches honey, with the continuous increasing of batch production honey, the activity amylase valus was in- creased.
