摘要
基于Motion View平台,在进行详细理论分析的基础上,对外啮合槽轮机构进行运动仿真,给出不同槽数槽轮的角速度、角加速度变化曲线,同时进行拨销与槽轮之间的接触力模拟,为槽轮机构设计、降低振动提供了参考依据。
On the basis of detailed theoretical analysis, the kinematics simulation has been carried out to external Maltese mechanism by use of MotionView software. The change curve of angular speed and angular acceleration speed for wheel with different number of slot groove has been given out. Meanwhile the contact force between the pin and the groove wheel has been simulated, which provides reference for design of wheel and reduction of vibration.
