摘要
本文旨在探讨以"创新"作为思想主流在高校学术期刊编辑综合素质及编辑工作过程中的主要表现,揭示创新思想对于期刊长足进步与发展的重要性,并突出强调了期刊编辑创新能力的培养与运用对于提高编辑自身的综合专业素质和促进学报长期稳定高效、健康有序的发展具有重要意义.
This article talks about the performance of innovation in the comprehensive quality of colleges and universities academic journal editors, and in the working process of editing, revealing the importance of innovation ideas for periodical progress and development. At the same time, it also emphasizes the important significance of the cultivation and using of journal editors innovation ability for improving the comprehensive professional quality of editors and the long- term, stable and efficient,healthy and orderly development of journals.
