摘要 大港石化公司常减压蒸馏装置减压塔顶抽空系统因减顶增压器效果不理想及设备、管道腐蚀严重造成穿孔、泄漏,影响装置正常操作。通过采用英国EDWARDS公司抽真空技术进行改造,将减顶油气由二路抽空平均分配改造为一路负荷为70%,另一路负荷50%,更换减顶增压器、一级和二级抽空器,并将原减顶空冷器更换为水冷器。改造后减压塔顶真空度大幅度提高,达到99.52 k Pa,减压拔出率提高11.82%。同时将设备及管道材质进行升级,增强抽空系统的抗腐蚀能力,消除了安全隐患,保证装置正常操作和长周期运行的需要。 The normal operation of the overhead vacuum system in the vacuum distillation tower of the CDU/VDU at Dagang Petrochemical Company was influenced by the undesired performance of the first ejector in vacuum distillation tower and the serious corrosion of equipment and pipelines which resulted in perforation and leakage.By using the vacuum technology of EDWARDS Company(UK),the two equal vapor charges was changed to 70%and 50%,the three ejectors were replaced,and the air cooler was replaced by water cooler.After the revamping,the vacuum degree of vacuum distillation tower was significantly increased to 99.52 kPa, and the vacuum distillation yield was improved by 11.82%.Simultaneously,the materials of equipment and pipelines were upgraded to enhance the corrosion resistance of the vacuum system,eliminate the potential safety hazards and ensure the normal and long-term operation of the unit.
