摘要
针对海上双层公路桥梁箱梁安装精度要求高、控制难度大、施工效率低,常规施工方法无法满足安装精度及进度要求,通过采用独特设计的吊架、配置组合型索具、使用限位及精调装置,实现了箱梁安装高精度及高效率目标,为后续海上大型构件安装提供技术参考。
The box girder installation of offshore double deck highway bridge has high accuracy requirements and control difficulty, and low construction efficiency, the conventional construction methods cannot meet the installation accuracy and schedule requirements. By using the hanger with unique design, combination type rigging configuration and a fine adjustment device creative, we achieved the high precision and high efficiency goals of the box girder installation, which can provide technical references for subsequent large offshore component installation.
