摘要 为检验反刍动物专用复合酶对泌乳奶牛生产性能的影响,对泌乳奶牛进行为期30d的饲养试验。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在此基础上每日添加反刍动物专用复合酶30g,测定奶牛的消化性能、产奶量、乳脂率和乳蛋白率。结果表明:试验结束时,试验组粪便筛上层残留物较试验前明显减少,下层残留物显著增加,中层比例变化不明显,对照组粪便筛上、中、下三层比例变化不明显;试验组奶牛日产奶量显著高于对照组,两组乳脂率、乳蛋白率相差不大。 The aim was to check out the actual influence of ruminant special enzymes on the performance of lactating dairy cows. The feeding experiment on the lactating dairy cows was carried out for 30 d on the base of diet, ruminant special enzymes at 30 g was added in test group and without addition in control group, and their digestibility, daily milk yield, milk fat percentage and lactoprotein were detected. The results showed that the upper residue of the test group manure screener decreased significantly, the lower residue increased obviously, and the middle residue changed unobviously, while the change of control group was not obvious. The milk production of the addition group was significantly higher than that in the control group. But adding ruminant special enzymes had no effect on the milk composition.
