摘要
基于对黄河现行入海流路亦即清水沟流路自1976年以来演变过程的分析,提出河口堤防标准的提高、河道频繁断流、人工干预出汊和小浪底水库的拦沙运用是黄河现行入海流路相对稳定行河近40年的主要原因,并指出,未来黄河河口流路淤积延伸乃至摆动改道的演变趋势不可避免,应切实做好流路规划及其预备流路的保护工作。
Main reasons of relatively stable of Yellow River flow path to the sea in recent 40 years are analyzed, including enhancement of flood control standard of estuary embankment, frequent dry-up of the river channel, branching by artificial intervention and sand blocking by Xiaolangdi Reservoir, according to examining to the evolution process of current Yellow River flow path to the sea since 1976. It is predicted that siltation extending of the flow path of Yellow River Estuary and evolution trend of river channel change will be unavoidable. Therefore, it is vital to make planning for the flow path as well as alternatives.
