退火温度和环氧树脂封装对Fe_(78)Si_9B_(13)非晶合金软磁性能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Annealing Temperature and Epoxy Resin Encapsulation on Soft Magnetic Properties of Fe_(78)Si_9B_(13) Amorphous Alloy

摘要 采用单辊法制备了宽20mm、厚25μm的Fe78Si9B13非晶带材,再将其绕制成环形磁芯,然后在350,400,450,500℃下对环形磁芯进行退火处理;采用环氧树脂对400℃退火的磁芯进行封装,研究了退火温度和环氧树脂封装对Fe78Si9B13非晶合金软磁性能的影响。结果表明:随着退火温度升高,Fe78Si9B13非晶合金的初始磁导率μi、饱和磁感应强度Bs和矫顽力Hc均呈先增大后减小的趋势;当退火温度为400℃时,Fe78Si9B13非晶合金的综合软磁性能最佳,μi为0.008 3H·m-1,Bs为1.517T,Hc为15.73A·m-1;采用环氧树脂封装后,Fe78Si9B13非晶合金的μi和Bs减小,Hc增大,它的磁化曲线和磁滞回线与封装前的基本重合。 Fe78 Si9 B13 amorphous strips with 20 mm width and 25μm thickness were prepared by single-roller method. Magnetic cores were gained by coiling the amorphous strips, and then were annealed at 350, 400, 450, 500 ℃, respectively. Magnetic core annealed at 400 ℃ was encapsulated using epoxy resin, and the effects of annealing temperature and epoxy resin encapsulation on the soft magnetic properties were studied. The results show that the initial magnetic permeability (μi), saturation magnetization (B5) and coercivity (Hc) all increased at first and then decrease with the increase of annealing temperature. The comprehensive soft magnetic properties of Fe78 Si9 B13 amorphous alloy annealed at 400 μ show the best (μi =0.008 3 H.m-1 , Bs =1.517 T and Hc =15.73 A.m-1. Theμ and Bs of FeT8 Si9 B13 amorphous alloy all decreased and its Hc increased after epoxy resin encapsulation. The magnetizaion curve and hysteresis hoop of FeT8 Si9 B13 amorphous alloy after encapsulation were mainly the same with those before encapsulation.
