摘要
通过测试涂覆复合氟碳防护涂料混凝土的吸水率、耐腐蚀性、冻融循环和透气性等指标,对研制的钢筋混凝土结构防护用复合氟碳防护涂料的防护性能进行测试评价,并与硅烷防护材料进行对比。结果表明,涂覆该复合氟碳防护涂料的混凝土试件与基准组对比吸水率大幅下降,强腐蚀环境下的抗压强度耐蚀系数及冻融循环25次后相对动弹性模量较基准组均有所提升,且复合氟碳防护涂料具有一定的透气性。
In this paper, the water absorption, corrosion resistance,freezing and thawing cycle and gas permeability were chosen to be the test index to evaluate the protecting properties of the developed kind of composite fluorocarbon protecting coatings for reinforced concrete structures, which was made of fluorocarbon and silane. And its properties were compared with that of the silane protecting coating. Results showed that the water absorption of concrete structures improved obviously after use the composite fluorocarbon protecting coatings. And the performances of the corrosion resistance in the extreme corrosion surroundings and the relative dynamic elasticity modulus after 25 times freezing and thawing cycle also improved sharply,eompared to the reference group. The composite fluorocarbon protecting coatings also left concrete good gas permeability.
