摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在血液透析护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院治疗的血液透析患者80例为对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施舒适护理,对照组接受常规血液透析护理。观察两组患者护理疗效。结果观察组舒适度与护理满意度比对照组高,并发症产生几率比对照组低,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在血液透析护理中应用舒适护理有效果,提升了血液透析患者舒适度及护理满意度,使血液透析并发症产生几率减少,安全性高。
Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in the hemodialysis nursing.Methods Selected 80 cases of hemodialysis in our hospital, randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group adopts comfortable nursing on the basis of conventional nursing, the control group accepted routine hemodialysis nursing. Observed curative effect of two groups object nursing. Results The observation group comfort and nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group, the complication occurrence probability was lower than the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in hemodialysis nursing had effect, promote the blood dialysis patients comfort and nursing satisfaction, reduce hemodialysis complications occurrence probability and high safety.
