摘要
目的 探讨急诊清创缝合术患者采用优质护理模式临床价值.方法 本次选取我院2013年5月-2015年5月收治急诊清创缝合术患者120例,随机分为急诊科常规护理（对照组）与优质护理（观察组）,各60例.对比两组治疗效果.结果 观察组护理后心理状况优于对照组,手术时间少于对照组,术中心率较对照组更为稳定,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 对急诊清创缝合术患者应用优质护理干预,可改善心理状况,确保手术质量.
Objective To explore the clinical value of High quality nursing care in patients with emergency debridement suture.Methods Selected 120 patients with emergency debridement suture from May 2013 to May 2015, randomly divided into the emergency department routine nursing （ the control group ） and high quality nursing （ the observation group ）, each group had 60 cases.Results The observation group after nursing psychological status was better than the control group, operation time was less than the control group, the rate was more stable in operation center,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion The application of high quality nursing intervention in patients with emergency debridement suture, can improve the psychological condition and ensure the quality of surgery.
