摘要
目的 探究IgG 4相关自身免疫性胰腺炎的临床特点及其治疗方法.方法 对我院2011年2月-2014年2月接收的10例IgG 4相关自身免疫性胰腺炎患者的诊断和治疗过程进行回顾分析.结果 该病在临床上主要表现为胰腺弥漫型肿大,胰腺广泛狭窄,采用皮质激素进行治疗,效果显著.结论 掌握IgG 4相关自身免疫性胰腺炎的临床特点,有利于对该病的及时诊断,从而更好地进行治疗,改善患者的生活质量.
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of IgG 4 related autoimmune pancreatitis and its treatment.Methods Selected 10 cases of IgG4 related for the process of diagnosis and treatment with autoimmune pancreatitis from February 2011 to February 2014 in our hospital retrospective analyzed.Results The disease clinically mainly for pancreas diffuse enlargement, extensive stenosis, pancreas with cortical hormone treatment, the effect is remarkable.Conclusion Mastering the clinical characteristics of IgG 4 related autoimmune pancreatitis, is conducive to timely diagnosis of the disease, to better treatment, improve patient＇s quality of life.
