摘要
目的:观察皂荚提取物对肝癌大鼠TIMP3/MMPs蛋白的影响。方法:以皂荚提取物低、中、高剂量作用于肝癌模型大鼠,应用Western blot检测肝癌大鼠组织中TIMP3、MMP2及MMP9蛋白的表达水平。结果:皂荚提取物低、中、高剂量作用后的大鼠肝癌组织病理形态学得到明显改善,并且使组织中TIMP-3蛋白表达上调(均P<0.01),抑制MMP2(低剂量组P<0.05;中、高剂量组P<0.01)及MMP9(低剂量组P<0.05;中、高剂量组P<0.01)蛋白的表达。结论:皂荚提取物具有显著的抗肝癌作用,且该效应与影响TIMP3/MMPs蛋白有关,高剂量皂荚提取物效果最为显著。
Objective:To study the effect of Gleditsia sinesis extract to TIMP3/MMPs proteins in hepatoma model on rats. Methods:Gleditsia sinesis extract of low,medium and high doses was given to hepatoma model on rats,the protein expression of TIMP3,MMP2 and MMP9 were detected. Results:The pathology morphology of rat liver tissue was improved obviously after the effect of Gleditsia sinesis extract,and the expression level of TIMP3 was up-regulated(P 〈0.01),MMP2 and MMP9 were inhibited(low:P 〈0.05,medium:P 〈0.01,high:P 〈0.01). Conclusion:Gleditsia sinesis extract had anti-hepatocellular carcinoma effect,and the effect was related to TIMP3/MMPs,the high dose of Gleditsia sinesis extract was the most effective.
