摘要
为了降减汽车噪声危害需提高声品质,应分析减振、隔声、吸声材料和消声器技术性能,要做车身气密和轮胎噪声试验,以消除共振和共鸣峰值噪声;消声室数采发动机振动噪声和定位噪声源,测量声源声级、响度、波长和频率,噪声经频谱分析滤掉刺耳声频,不同相位、波长和功率噪声匹配传出低声级悦耳声音,提高汽车NVH性能和人类安全工作效率。
In order to decrease hazard of vehicle noise which needs improving sound quality, we should analyze technical performance of materials of vibration reduction and sound insulation and sound absorption and silencer, we need making a test of vehicle body airtight and tire noise,to eliminate sympathetic vibration and the resonance peak noise; through data collectin system aquiring vibration noise of engine and positioning noise source in anechoic chamber, measuring noise level and loudness and wave length and frequency for sound source,noiser will be analyzed by frequency spectrum and filtrated ear-piercing audio frequency, noiser of different phase and wave length and power should be matched up to emit low sound level and musical sound, to improve vehicles performance of Noise Vibration and Harshness and mankind safe working efficiency.
