摘要
希法亭、列宁等人建立的金融资本理论是马克思主义货币金融理论的重要发展阶段,这一理论是否适用于当前现实则存在着重大争议。我们认为,金融资本理论的核心内涵在当前依然成立;但金融资本已呈现为金融领域内高度一体化的各类资本形式所构成的同质整体这一新形态,具有一系列新的运动规律,对经济其他领域以及社会具有强大的控制力;研究当前资本主义经济的金融化等货币金融领域问题,需要以金融资本理论为主要理论框架。
The ＇finance capital＇ theory, established by Hilferding and Lenin, is an im- portant development stage of Marxist monetary and financial theory, but currently this theory is very controversial. We believe that the core connotation of the finance capital theory is still valid, but now finance capital has shown a new homogeneity form which consists of various types of highly integrated capital in different financial sectors; with a series of new laws of motion, it has a strong control on the other sectors of the economy and society. To study the problems of the current financial and economic fields of the capitalist economy, the financial capital theory is an appropriate theoretical framework.
