诱导多功能干细胞在口腔医学的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 体细胞在特定因子作用下可重编程为诱导多功能干细胞(induced pluripotent stem cells,i PSCs),因其不受伦理学等方面的限制,成为干细胞领域的一个研究热点。i PSCs在再生医学领域有着广泛的应用前景,因此学者们展开了其对人体各组织、器官再造的应用探索。近年来发现i PSCs在口腔再生医学领域具有极大的应用价值,本文对i PSCs在口腔医学中的研究进行综述。
