摘要
介绍2014年9月16日—2015年1月16日"援塞抗击埃博拉疫情国际援助"任务中医务人员应急培训的组织实施与实践经验,通过分析"援塞抗埃"应急培训任务特点,确定培训方案,加大仿真模拟训练和高温适应性训练强度,确保培训达到预期目标。实现医务人员自身"零感染"和住院患者"零交叉感染",成为在塞拉利昂工作的众多国际援助队伍中保持"医务人员零感染"的仅有的两所医疗机构之一。为医疗卫生机构在突发公共卫生事件中有效组织应急培训,提供借鉴和参考。
The article introduced the experience of medical staff emerging training in performing interna- tional rescue mission on fighting against Ebola virus diseases in Sierra Leone during Septemberl6, 2014 to January 16, 2015, so as to provide references for the medical institutions on organizing emergency trainings in public health emergencies. Through the critical requirement analyzing for the international rescue mission, made the training plan, organized general and special training courses. Ensure the results by enhancing the level of intensity on accli- matization and simulation trainings. The training effectively guaranteed our medical staff completed the task by ＂ze- ro infection＂ and ＂zero cross- infection＂ in hospital. ＂China medical team＂ became one of those two teams with none medical staff infection in plenty of international aid institutions in Sierra Leone.
