摘要
该研究以一所高职女子学院的大一和大二年级的女大学生为研究对象,共发放问卷260份,回收有效问卷246份,采用张贵兴编制的《青少年主观幸福感量表》进行研究和分析。结果发现:不同年级的高职女校大学生在主观幸福感上的差异,是否独生子女在主观幸福感各维度上没有显著差异,来自不同背景的高职女校大学生的主观幸福感也没有显著差异,而体育锻炼对高职女校大学生的主观幸福感具有预测作用。
Freshman and sophomore of female students in Guangdong women's polytechnic college are participated in this study, a total of 260 questionnaires, 246 valid questionnaires, prepared using the questionnaire "Youth SWB" which was conducted by Chang Kuei-shing. The results showed that different grades of Female University Students had a significant difference in subjective well-being; there was no significant difference in the dimensions of subjective well-being between the-only child and the child with siblings; the girls from different backgrounds were also no significantly different in subjective well-being, while physical exercise had predict on subjective well-being.
