摘要
为了提高扫描系统的精度、速度、集成度,论文采用Altera的EP1C12Q240C8N芯片控制图像采集模块,AD转换模块以及数据传输模块,并采用USB2.0与上位机进行通信;图像采集芯片采用SONY公司的三通道线阵CCD传感器芯片ILX558K,数据传输部分采用了FIFO处理,进一步提高速度,后期将通过与机械导轨的配合,实现图像的扫描。所设计的系统具有高精度、高速度、高集成度的特点。
To improve the accuracy, speed and integration of the scanning system, this paper uses Altera's EPIC12Q240CSN chip control image acquisition module, AD converter module and data transmission module, and uses USB2. 0 to communicate with the host computer. SONY's three channel linear CCD sensor chip ILX558K is used, and data transmission part is a FIFO processing to further improve the speed. In the latter part, the system will cooperate with ma- chinery by rail, to achieve image scans. The design of the system has the characteristics of high precision, high speed and high integration.
