摘要
为了研究矿山粗骨料(废石)充填的新模式,达到矿山绿色生产的需求。首先在大量试验的基础上给出了粗骨料料浆的高浓度特征。其次对大红山铜矿的废石与尾砂进行级配分析,选用最优配比m(废石)∶m(尾砂)为6∶4进行流变试验,分析其流变特性。最后应用双因素方差法分析了水泥添加量与质量浓度对屈服应力的影响。结果表明,废石-尾砂高浓度料浆属屈服-假塑性体,水泥添加量对屈服应力的影响更显著,屈服应力与水灰比及骨料体积分数存在定量的关系。在此基础上,建立了屈服应力的预测模型,预测结果的误差在5%以内。
This paper aims to establish a new filling model of the mine with coarse aggregate( waste rocks) in hoping to achieve the demand of green production in the mining areas. For the research purpose,we have carefully analyzed the high-density features of the coarse aggregate slurry with coarse aggregate based on our experiments. At the same time,we have chosen the best matching ratio between 6: 4 through the actual grading analysis on the basis of the rheological test by using a used Brookfield( DV-Ⅱ+ Pro) viscometer and an HA( #2) rotor. With the help of the computer software,we have set up 50 speed points for the rotor to be regulated from 20 r / min to 200 r / min,with each speed point endowed with the function to wait for 5 seconds by taking one second to collect a numeric data. And,then,as a matter of fact,it is necessary to take the average of the five data under each speed point. Afterwards,we have managed to work out the impacts of the cement content and the mass concentration on the rheological parameters by using a double-factor variance method. The results of our study show that the high-density slurry added with waste rock-tailings should be attributed to the yield pseudoplasticity,in which the cement content and the slurry mass concentration are of great significance to the yield stress. Among the influential factors,the cement content added tends to be influential on the yield stress. With the increase of the mass concentration,the yield stress tends also to increase gradually,too. The greatest cement content to be added should be 300 kg / m3. The more the cement is added,the less the yield stress will be,with the variation being more and more gentle with the cement content added from 260 kg / m3 to 280 kg / m3. To be exact,when the mass concentration is85%,the yield stress tends to vary along with the change of the cement added. Therefore,it can be said that the yield stress has a negative exponential relation with the water cement added but an exponential relation with the aggregate
