摘要
采用一种新研制开发的全自动、连续蜡处理设备对生产线上使用的162中温蜡的脱水、脱渣进行了长期的试验和运转。结果表明,与原有的除水桶-静置桶工艺相比,该设备处理后蜡质的含水量<0.06%,灰分<0.04%,蜡质得到了明显的改善,新设备的运行成本不到原工艺的10%。
A new developed automatic continuous wax-treatment apparatus was used to remove water and solid particles from middle temperature wax 162.The test results show that the quality of wax treated by the new apparatus is improved significantly,and its water content is less than 0.06%,and ash content is less than 0.04%.The operation cost of the new apparatus is less than 10% of electric cost of the old process.
