摘要
目的：建立甘宝胶囊中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC测定绿原酸含量,Agilent C18色谱柱（250×4.6 mm,4 um）,流动相乙腈-0.2%磷酸（13∶87）,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温室温,检测波长：327 nm。结果：绿原酸的线性范围为0.0628-0.4484μg,平均回收率为99.57%（RSD2.47%）,样品中绿原酸平均含量为5.0 mg/g,总含量2.04 mg/粒。结论：建立的方法简单易行、重复性良好,适用于甘宝胶囊的质量评价。
Objective： To establish methods for determination of chlorogenic acid in Ganbao Capsule. Method： The content of chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC, Chromatography was performed on a Agilent C18 column（250 ×4.6 mm,4 urn） at 25℃ , mobile phase composition was acetonitrile- 0.2% phosphoric acid （13：87）, flow rate was at 1.0 ml/min, detection wavelength was at 327 nm. Result： Regression equation of chlorogenic acid was A = 1. 3217 × 104C ＋ 3. 0464 × 106 （ r = 0. 99990） with linear range of 0. 0628 0.4484 μg and average recovery of 99.57% （RSD 2.47% ）. Conclusion： These methods were simple and feasible with good reproducibility , which were suitable for quality control of Ganbao Capsule.
