摘要
面对日益复杂多变的战场电磁环境挑战,认知电子战作为一种电子战新思想,受到了广泛的关注。针对常规电子战作战手段在时效性、准确性、抗毁性、打击能力、自适应能力等方面不能满足当前战场需求的问题,对认知电子战的概念及关键技术进行了深入分析。从常规电子战作战手段所亟须解决的问题着手,论述了发展认知电子战的必要性和重要意义;在对美军电子战研究现状跟踪分析的基础上,研究了认知电子战的概念内涵、系统构建的总体思路以及所具备的优势特点;最后,分析了发展认知电子战所需解决的关键技术及其相对应的解决思路。
To deal with the challenge of growing complex of battlefield electromagnetic environ-ment,cognitive electronic warfare attracts extensive attention as a new idea and new mode of electron-ic warfare.In-depth analysis on the concept and key techniques of cognitive electronic warfare are presented in this paper,since conventional electronic warfare approaches cannot meet the require-ments of current battlefield in respects like time effectiveness,accuracy,invulnerability,strike capa-bility and adaptability,etc.The necessity and significance of developing cognitive electronic warfare are elicited.The concept and connotation of cognitive electronic warfare,general idea of cognitive electronic warfare system and its advantage and characteristics are discussed on current researches of electronic warfare of US army.The key techniques are solved out in this field and relevant solutions are analyzed.
