摘要
针对省属院校研究生培养机制存在的问题,提出培养机制改革的措施,并结合培养机制改革实践进行阐述,提出了提高研究生培养质量的构想。在研究生培养质量的评价中应充分考虑各方面因素,不仅要重视培养单位和政府主管部门的评价,还应十分重视毕业研究生及研究生用人单位的反馈意见。综合各方面意见形成的质量评价,对指导研究生培养机制改革,抓住培养机制改革的要害,制订改进策略,不断提高有较好培养质量的指导作用。
In the light of the problems of graduate education system,this paper introduces the measures for graduate cultivation reform,and further to illustrate it in the detail of the practice in our college,and then puts forward the idea about improving the quality of graduate education. Various factors should be taken into full consideration when evaluating the quality of the graduate education. The evaluation work for cultivation quality should not only in the aspect of the universities/colleges and the administrative departments of education in the government,but also should consider the feedback from the students and their employers. According to the comprehensive evaluation opinion,the cultivation mechanism reform is guided and the improvement strategy is established,which catching the key points of the cultivation mechanism reform,to provide the good guidance for constantly improve the cultivation quality of the graduate education.
