摘要
城市文化竞争力作为国家文化竞争力的重要组成部分,日益成为衡量一个国家发展水平与潜力的关键要素之一。在经济全球化潮流中,国家之间、城市之间的竞争,在很大程度上是文化的竞争。文化影响和决定着一个城市的核心竞争能力,同时也是城市可持续发展的基础和关键。本文作为北京市年度重大课题《世界中心城市文化竞争力核心要素比较研究》中的重要内容,阐述了城市文化竞争力指标体系的研究背景、研究意义以及主要理论与模型。
As an important part of national culture competitiveness,the competitiveness of the city cultural has become one of the key elements to measure the development and the potential of a country.In the tide of economic globalization,the competition between countries and countries,cities and cities,to a large ex-tent,is the cultural competition.Culture influences and determines the core competitive ability of a city;meanwhile,it is the foundation and key of the city’s sustainable development.This paper as a major content in the Beijing annual subject of the World Center City Culture Competitiveness in the Core Elements Com-parative Study,expounds the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of city culture research back-ground,research significance and the main theories and models.
