空气源热泵控制系统实验台研制

摘要 为方便学习人员掌握空调系统内部运行的控制方法,自行研制了一套完整的空气源热泵机组控制系统的实验台。该实验台可以实现如下功能:压缩组,冷媒水泵,冷凝风机的顺序启停控制;热泵机组制冷制热转换控制;冬季除霜控制;热泵机组能量调节控制,机组自动复位功能,房间温湿度控制等。该实验台的研制成功与应用不仅发挥了其教学优势,同时由于该空气源热泵机组是一种拥有完整控制系统的冷热源,为教师科研提供了一定平台。 A complete control system experimental table for air source heat pump is developed, By which, student can better learn and master the control methods for air conditioning system. Some functions can be realized for this experiment table, as follows: order control for compressor, cooling medium pump and condenser fan; converting of cooling and heating for heat pump; defrosting control for heat pump; capacity control for heat pump; automatic reset; temperature and humidity control for room and so on. This experiment table not only plays an important role in teaching, but also supplies a research platform for teachers, which is because the air source heat pump is cooling and heating source with perfect automatic control system.
