摘要
外部质量保障体系是开放大学质量保障的重要组成部分。在讨论教育行政管理机构对远程开放教育质量保障推进作用的基础上,探索专业评价机构,远程教育行业联盟和协会,有合作关系的行业、企业单位协同质量监督、建设作用的渠道,以构建多主体多维度的外部质量保障体系要素及工作机制。
The external quality guarantee system is a fundamental component of distance higher education. Taking the effects of administrative department for education quality assessment as the basis, the Open University should make use of the professional assessment agency, distance education associationand corporative enterprises as external factors to supervise and enhance the education quality.
